Nurse Practitioner

Compassionate Care for Your Health Needs

Providing an integrative approach to medical health & wellness through collaborative care.

Nurse Practitioners are authorized to diagnose, order & interpret diagnostic tests, send referrals, and prescribe medication. A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a registered nurse with advanced university education who provides personalized, quality health care to patients.

Our NP offers more than just treatment; she provides compassionate, personalized healthcare designed to empower you. She works alongside you, understanding your needs, answering your questions, and creating a tailored plan to enhance your wellbeing. With her advanced training and broad skill set she can diagnose, treat, and manage a range of health conditions, acting as your dedicated health partner on your path to optimal wellness.

Our NP’s practice focus is on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) (COMING SOON!), stroke prevention, and weight management. She also provides Primary Care services.

*Appointments with Danielle are NOT covered by Manitoba Health, however any bloodwork requested by her is.

She offers timely support to help manage blood pressure, cholesterol, and lifestyle risk factors — all of which can help lower your risk of a future or repeat stroke. While this doesn’t replace seeing a neurologist, it’s a great way to jump-start your prevention plan and feel empowered in your care.

  • At Nature Doctors we are interested in meeting YOU where you are at. We work with you to create you own weight management pathway.

  • Our nurse practitioner is experienced in all things women’s health! She offers comprehensive physicals, including bloodwork and paps. She is able to send referrals to appropriate specialists as needed.

Hormone optimization is essential for your health.

Your hormones affect how you feel, how you look and how you think.

What is Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy? (BHRT)

Coming soon!

BHRT involves using custom compounded bioidentical hormones to relieve symptoms of hormonal imbalance. BHRT can not only be used to help provide relief from perimenopause, menopause and andropause symptoms, but it is also effective for other hormone-related conditions including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and postnatal depression.

Whether you’re male or female, if you are struggling with symptoms related to hormone imbalance, BHRT might be the help you need!

Bioidentical hormones are used in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and have an identical chemical structure to the naturally occurring hormones which are produced in the body. They are made from yams, soy & plants.

The most common hormones prescribed are estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and desiccated thyroid. We work with pharmacists who have additional education in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
