Once you have completed your bloodwork draw, and would like to be added to our waitlist, please fill out the below form.
You will be added to the waitlist for Annabelle Reimer, NP starting 2 weeks after the date of your draw.

You sure can, but we advise only doing so if you have a planned date for your draw. You should then put yourself on the waitlist for 2 weeks past that date to ensure we have received your results in time for your appointment.

The amount of time it takes to receive results depends on which tests are being ordered. Some take longer than others. To be safe we advice going 2 weeks prior to your appointment to ensure that we have received results in time and avoid any unnecessary delays.

Annabelle generally shares your requisition with you through your Jane account at the end of your appointment so you have it for your follow-up. You can find it in the documents section of your account.
