Natural, Personalized Healing for Your Well-Being
Discovering Root Causes, Supporting Healing, and Empowering Your Wellness Journey
As Naturopathic Doctors, we try to discover the root cause of your illness rather than cover up the symptoms with medication.
We listen to our patients when they talk so they can finally feel heard. Many come to us frustrated with the healthcare system. We want you to know that we can help! It’s not just “something you have to deal with”.
We believe in supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself using medicine and therapies that strengthen the individual and their healing response.
As Primary Care providers, Naturopathic Doctors are adept at managing a wide variety of concerns.

Bioimpedance analysis (BIA) is an innovative tool that precisely measures your lean body mass, fat mass, water distribution, and cellular communication efficiency.
As an integral component of a weight management program, it helps us understand your basal metabolic rate - essentially, the number of calories your body requires to function optimally. Additionally, it provides insights into your body's water balance, which can indicate systemic inflammation or water retention.
BIA's real-time analysis allows us to track whether you're losing muscle, fat, or water as you progress towards your weight goals. This invaluable data enables us to fine-tune your program, ensuring it's tailored to your unique needs.

Botanical medicines are ones derived from various parts of plants – roots, stems, leaves and flowers. These medicines are often in an alcohol or glycerin base and hark back to the earliest origins of medicine. They may also come in the form or tablets or capsules.
Natural medicines are incredibly therapeutic and can be individualized to the patient depending on what the needs are. This is often a good option for children as the liquids are easy to swallow and can be dosed according to weight.

Chelation therapy is used to remove heavy metals from the body. There are different options available and your Naturopathic Doctor will determine the safest and most effective treatment for you. How much, and which heavy metals you need to chelate will be based on urine element testing.

Author Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote: “Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what your are.”
Your diet plays a pivotal role in not only healing from illness but also warding off disease. With the guidance of your Naturopathic Doctor, you will be able to identify an optimal nourishment strategy tailored to your unique body type and genetics.
A referral to a holistic nutritionist might be suggested.

Intramuscular injections are injections of various vitamins straight into the muscle for fast absorption into the blood stream.
We are able to raise levels of vitamins to functional therapeutic levels quickly and more efficiently.
-
Health Canada designates IV Therapy Vitamins as compounded drugs and therefore, a Naturopathic Doctor appointment is required to discuss the options and to determine what is best for your medical concerns.
-
We offer Mistletoe therapy for a variety of health concerns. Health Canada requires further details of this therapy to be learned and discussed with your Naturopathic Doctor to determine options available for your specific health needs.

Prolotherapy is used for chronic joint pain and sports injuries. The most common joints to treat are knees and shoulders.
Chronic injuries often stall the healing response. The mechanism of action is to induce an inflammatory reaction to get your bodies own healing mechanism to engage. Prolotherapy stimulates this action. In doing so, there is usually an increase in discomfort for a very short period of time which is completely normal and wanted. This discomfort is the body recognizing that an injury is there and mounts a healing response.
